The CARIBE ISLAND CONDO Resort is a beautiful beach front
resort with individually owned condos for rent by owner. The Caribe
Island Condo Resort employs a on-site full-service staff. Caribe Island
Condo is located directly on the beach a few feet from the Caribbean
Sea. Each unit is individually owned. The entire resort is immaculately
maintained. The Caribe Island Condo Resort is 2.31 miles south of
the "heart" of San Pedro town on Ambergris Caye, Belize. The Caribe
Island Condo Resort offers five different sized units:
The Mini Studio (Sleeps 1-2)

Resort amenities include freshwater pool, 200 feet of beach front, 300
foot dock, beachfront/poolside bar, daily maid service (included) fully-

just 1/3 mile from the shore.
Best Beach: Due to the Barrier Reef, most of the beaches in Belize are
not "true" swimming beaches. However, we are the exception and
not the norm. Our complex truly has one of the best beaches
on the entire island of Ambergris Caye. You and the kids can
catch some wonderful snorkeling just a few feet from your
condo's front door! Many enjoy fishing right off our 300 foot
dock because the water is so clear you can actually watch the
fish as they bite your line.
Lodging and Services: Our #1 goal is to make your stay as relaxing
and enjoyable as possible. The resort staff is always eager to answer
your questions and assist your needs. They can quickly arrange various
excursions and services for you. Whether you’d like them to set up an
intimate catered candlelight dinner on your private veranda or line up a
chartered boat, you can count on them to swiftly take care of the
details. In addition, the accommodating resort offers a range of
services to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Daily maid service
is included. We have complimentary bikes with baskets for you to
retrieve groceries/souverniers from town. Golf cart rental can be
arranged. Laundry service is available. We also offer docking for
your boat and complimentary daily shuttles to town. Plus, upon check-in
we’ll hand you a cell phone to use during

An Internet café is 1.5 miles on the edge of town.
When you arrive on Ambergris Caye, we will send our driver to
pick you up and transport you back to the resort where our
pleasant staff will see that you are settled into your condo and
organize all tour trips for your vacation.
